How to Use
Preparation: Place the cap in a storage bag and put it in the freezer or fridge for 1 to 2 hours until it reaches your desired temperature.
Step 1: Slide the cap over your head and wear the eye mask if you want to block out light. Wear for 10 minutes for quick relief, or until it reaches room temperature.
Step 2: Remove the cap and place the eye patch below your eyes for 10 mins.
*Warm Therapy: When the cap is at room temperature, warm it in the microwave for 10 to 15 second intervals. Always check the temperature before use.
